Formula 1 in Austin,
bring the car.

Every October the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas fills the city. Brandt is based in Austin, which makes the delivery in, the staging during and the collection after a local job rather than a long-distance gamble.

How the week works

Cars arrive in the days before the race weekend, when the roads around the circuit are still open and the hotels are still taking deliveries. Brandt delivers to your hotel, your rental house, a display or hospitality space, or a friend's garage, wherever the host allows, and stages the car nearby if the address is not ready. After the weekend the same trailer collects it and takes it home, or on to the next stop.

Why enclosed for a race weekend

A car brought to Austin for Formula 1 is there to be seen on the weekend, not to collect miles and chips on the way. It travels sealed, arrives with the same odometer reading it left with, and is photographed at both ends. A private trailer keeps the date yours, which matters when the roads close on a schedule set by the organiser, not by you.

Circuit of the Americas the rest of the year

Track days, club events and driver programmes run at the circuit all year. Brandt moves track cars in and out on the same basis: tell the specialist whether the car runs and how it is set up, and the paddock time is met.

Questions on this

Can you deliver to my hotel for the Grand Prix?

Usually, at a time the hotel's valet or events team confirms in advance. If the hotel cannot take a trailer at the door, the specialist agrees a hand-off nearby. Tell us the hotel and the dates when you request the quote; the week fills up and the roads close on a schedule.

How far ahead should I book for F1 week?

As early as you know you are coming. Private trailers for race week are assigned first come, and the delivery windows before the road closures are short. Booking early also gives the specialist time to sort out the hotel, the display space or the house.

Do you move cars to COTA track days?

Yes, all year. Track cars, club cars and driver-programme cars go to the circuit on this basis, usually on a private trailer so the paddock time is met. Whether the car runs, how it is loaded and where it is collected are settled at quote.
