How a Brandt quote
actually works.
Brandt does not publish a rate card, and the number you get is not an estimate. It is a firm price from the specialist who will run the move, in writing, within two hours of your request.
What the quote is
A Brandt quote is one figure for the whole transport, door to door, issued in writing by the specialist assigned to your move. It is not a marketplace bid that a different truck may or may not accept. Brandt is the carrier, so the person quoting is committing Brandt's own trailer to the job.
Requests made between 9AM and 9PM, seven days a week, get a call back within two hours. The quote holds for the pickup window agreed on that call.
What every quote includes
- Enclosed transport in a Brandt trailer, pickup address to delivery address, no terminals
- Lift-gate loading and soft straps on the wheels
- $1M+ cargo insurance, with the certificate sent before pickup
- A photographed, timestamped condition report at pickup and an inspection at delivery

What moves the price

What is not in the price
Personal items cannot travel in the car; they are not cargo and are not insured, so there is nothing to charge for. Fuel, tolls and the driver's time are Brandt's cost, not yours. Anything that is not in the written quote is not on the invoice.

Questions on this
Is the quote binding?
Yes. The written quote is the price for the move described in it, for the pickup window agreed with the specialist. If the vehicle, the addresses or the dates change, the specialist tells you what that does to the figure before anything is booked. Nothing appears on the invoice that was not in the quote.
Why is there no online price calculator?
Because Brandt is a carrier committing its own trailer, not a broker posting a job to a board. A calculator would give you an average for a lane; the specialist gives you a figure for your car, your addresses and your dates. It takes a phone call, and it arrives within two hours.
Do you charge more for exotic or low cars?
The price reflects the space, the loading plan and the care the car needs, not its badge. A low, wide car needs the lift-gate and a specific strap layout; a large SUV needs more of the trailer. Both are ordinary work for Brandt and both are quoted plainly.
