On a lift-gate rather than up a steep ramp, so low front splitters and diffusers stay off the ground. Inside, the car is strapped by the wheels with soft loops, never by the frame or the suspension, and the trailer is sealed. The load is photographed and timestamped before the doors close.

Brandt carries $1M+ in cargo insurance and sends the certificate before pickup, on every transport. It covers the vehicle while it is in Brandt's care, from the condition report at pickup to the signature at delivery. Personal items left in the car are not cargo and are not covered, so take them out.

A shared enclosed trailer carries your vehicle with a small number of others on a scheduled lane. A private trailer carries your vehicle alone, leaves when it is loaded and drives straight to the delivery address on your schedule. Wash it so the condition report is accurate, leave about a quarter tank of fuel, take out personal items and toll tags, switch off aftermarket alarms, and have the keys ready. Yes. Location, status and the estimated delivery sit in your account and update as the transport moves, with the quote, condition report, insurance certificate and invoice attached where they belong. You also have your specialist's direct number for anything the account does not answer.

At pickup the specialist photographs the vehicle, records the mileage and any existing marks on the condition report, straps the wheels and seals the trailer. At delivery you inspect the car against that report before signing. Anything you notice goes on the document there and then, which is what protects you.

After you accept the quote, a deposit is paid on a Brandt payment page and the booking is confirmed. The balance is invoiced at delivery, and the invoice sits in your account with the rest of the documents. There are no fees that were not in the written quote.
