What we collect

When you request transport or enquire about a vehicle, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle, the route and dates, and any notes. Nothing else is collected on those forms.

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs — the address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own.

How it is used

Form submissions are emailed to Ship@brandtlogistics.com and used for one thing: to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the transport or the sale. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who handles it

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form email is delivered through Resend, with FormSubmit as a fallback relay. Each of these processes the submission only to deliver it.

Keeping and removing it

Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the transport or sale they relate to, and for our records afterwards. Email Ship@brandtlogistics.com and we will delete what we hold about you.
